We will post your order using Royal Mail 2nd Class service for FREE. If you can't wait for Mr Postie you can always opt for an upgrade to first class 'Signed For' for £4.10. Please note we only ship within the UK.

How does my order begin its journey?

Once we have received notification of your order, we aim to pick and pack your items within 48 hours by one of our efficient staff at The Bead Boutique. However, we are only a small independent business and don’t have a sophisticated stock system to inform you of exact stock and numbers, therefore occasionally items you have ordered may not be in stock. If this is the case, we will notify you by e-mail or phone to either refund the out of stock items or offer a second option.

Please note we cannot dispatch items until we have received payment.

What about payments and pricing – is it secure?

We accept Paypal payments which are fast, safe and easy

All prices are inclusive of VAT at 20%

Payment options are 'Paypal' or 'Pay over the phone'

Customers details are kept safe and secure server and will never be passed onto third parties

All prices can be subject to change without notice

 

How much will it cost for Postage and Packaging?

Your order will be sent for FREE via Royal Mail 2nd Class if your order is over £15 unless you opt for the first class 'Signed For' option at £4.10.

If you spend under £15 we charge a flat rate of £1.95.

We can only post orders within the UK at the moment.

 

Whoops – I would like to cancel my order – what do I do?

If you wish to cancel your order, please do so within 24 hours of placing the order. Please contact 01787 464909. If the payment has been processed, we will make sure we refund you in full.

 

I have received my order but there is a problem – what do I do?

Firstly, give us a call; 01787 464909, we are on hand Monday to Saturday, 10am – 5pm. E-mail us 24/7 at: info@thebeadboutique.co.uk

 

I would like to return an item – what shall I do?

If for whatever reason you are not satisfied, you may return items within 7 days of purchase and we are happy to offer a refund.

We will not accept beads (strands) that have been taken off their temporary string. If your items were damaged in the post, please contact us within 2 days; no responsibility can be accepted after this period.

Please return items in their original packaging and condition.

We also ask that you return the items with the original invoice and a reason for the return – this way, we know who and where the parcel has come from!

We suggest you obtain a proof of posting when returning items – we cannot accept responsibility for lost items on their way back to us!

Due to the current EU Hygiene regulations, we cannot exchange or refund earring findings.

 

Will you exchange an item?

Yes we will!

Simply return the unwanted item in its original packaging – remember to get proof of posting. Please note we cannot accept earring hooks, studs etc as returns due to hygiene.

Please remember when returning items to include your details, order number, full name, address and details of what you would like to exchange for.

We will then contact you for payment of postage and packaging or if the exchange is of a higher value.
